When ordering a WordPress theme or an an XHTML/CSS template as well as when trying to contact us, we will only ask you to provide your name and email address (we do not consider other details such as address or phone number necessary and, as a result, have eliminated them from the equation). This information will never be provided to third parties not affiliated with our company and the Themes.biz team will only contact you if it is absolutely necessary.

Theme-Related Information

The WordPress theme or XHTML/CSS template you have ordered from Themes.biz will never be shown to other existing or potential Themes.biz clients. If you analyze our portfolio, you will notice that all of the themes/templates we are displaying have been designed for our own websites and not for customers. We will never display WordPress themes or XHTML/CSS templates designed for customers on our website or anywhere else because we respect customer - service provider confidentiality and are acting accordingly.

Communication-Related Information

If someone from the Themes.biz team would like to ask you a question about the theme(s) or template(s) you have ordered from us, we reserve the right to send you an email. The same way, if we need to make an important announcement about certain aspects related to our company and consider that it is relevant to you as a Themes.biz client, we reserve the right to contact you via email.
